By purchasing from us, you must abide by the Terms and Conditions that are as stated below. Refunds Please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be entertained. Exchanges Exchanges must be within 7 days of postage of item. Goods must be in original condition. Postage for exchange will be paid for by the customer. Exchanges will be entertained on a case by case basis. Exchanges for wrong sizes/wrong item will not be entertained, kindly check measurements/item before purchase. For the items to be successfully exchanged, they must be mailed by registered postage in original condition. The condition of the goods shall be verified by seller before goods for exchange will be mailed to the customer. If the condition of the goods are not in original condition, we regret to inform you that that exchange will not be successful and the used/defective good shall not be returned to the customer unless requested. Postage fees for merchandise exchange will be fully paid for by the customer. Tallas reserves the right to refuse exchange if the customer is unwilling to bear postage fee exchanges. The management reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice as well as the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds for goods sold.
